If you have the main window open, you can double-click a password URL to launch it in the browser. Password Depot takes a different approach. Password Genie 4.0, PasswordBox and AllWebID are among the many that work this way. Pick a site from the menu and within moments you're logged in to that site.
Password Playback and the Top Bar Many password managers install a toolbar or button in the browser that opens a menu of saved logins. You have to take care of setting a new password in the actual site yourself. The analyzer isn't quite as interactive as the security report you get from LastPass or Dashlane, but double-clicking an item does at least open it for editing. It will list all of your saved logins along with a color-coded strength rating and an estimate of how long it would take to crack each password. Sooner or later, though, you really should invoke the Password Analyzer. Going through the initial process of getting your passwords loaded, you can get away with that. When you enter an existing password that doesn't match the policy, you'll get a warning that you can't dismiss without checking a box stating that you consider the password to be safe. This last feature is one I've seen nowhere else. It will even warn when a password looks vulnerable to dictionary attack. There's an option to force inclusion of every character type, and another to exclude consecutive identical characters. You can tweak the distribution, or define a special custom set of characters. By default the password policy includes uppercase characters, lowercase characters, digits, and punctuation, all with an equal distribution.
